1. Vehicle Condition: Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, smoke odor, or other conditions that require extra time or specialized cleaning. 2. Access: The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled appointment time. If access is restricted, the service may be delayed or canceled. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. 4. Liability: Aaron’s Pro Detailing & Pressure Washing is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage. We take care while cleaning, but minor imperfections or wear may remain. 5. Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. 6. Right to Decline: We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or unsanitary vehicles.
